👋 Hellooo,

I think “relentless” sums up the pace of progress on Elements pretty well. Every week we’re shipping updates, recording new videos, updating docs, and building fresh components, often all at once!

This past week has been another whirlwind of progress and polish, with new builds, new tutorials, and a few behind-the-scenes improvements that make Elements even smoother to use. If you’re following along, you’ll know things are moving fast.

Let’s dive in 👇

🎉 1. What’s New This Week?

Here’s what we’ve been up to over the past week, a mix of updates, fixes, and new content designed to make building with Elements better than ever 😅

📺 2. Elements Dev Talk

We’ve launched something new called Elements Dev Talk it’s a behind-the-scenes series where Ben and I dive deep into different parts of Elements. Each episode covers how things work, why we built them that way, and what’s coming next.

Here are a few standout Mac apps I’ve been using this week, both have earned their place for making my workflow faster, and more enjoyable.

Mac App: Raycast - It’s fast, beautifully designed, and makes everything on my Mac quicker to access. I use it daily to launch apps, run scripts, search files, control system settings, and even trigger custom workflows. It’s like Spotlight on steroids.

Mac App: Screen Studio - It’s a modern screen recording utility that makes creating polished videos effortless. I love how it automatically smooths cursor movement, adds subtle zooms, and includes clean motion effects right out of the box.

A quick word from our sponsor for this weeks issue…

Benchmark Your Voice AI

⚡️ 4. Quick Tip: Precise Spacing Control

Hold down Shift while dragging to adjust spacing controls in precise 1px steps, perfect for fine-tuning layouts that need pixel-perfect alignment. Normally, these controls move in 5px increments.

That’s all for this week, and if you haven’t tried Elements for macOS yet, now’s the perfect time to dive in and start building your next site.🫡

All the best,

Dan & Team Elements
