👋 Hello again,
I’m Dan, Founder of Realmac Software, and it’s hard to believe it’s already been a week since the very first issue of Elements Weekly went out. The response was fantastic, thank you to everyone who shared it around, and sent kind words our way.
This week we’ve been deep in development on the upcoming Elements Store, which is shaping up to be a game changer for both users and developers. Even with that major project underway, we still managed to ship a few solid app releases to keep things running smoothly.
As Elements grows, these weekly updates are the best way to stay in the loop with what’s new, and what’s coming next!
Let’s dive in 👇
🎉 1. What’s New This Week?
It’s been a busy week behind the scenes as we continue building the new Elements Store, it’s shaping up to be something really special. Even so, we still found time to ship a few great updates, including the brand-new Related Items Component for the built-in Markdown CMS.

📺 2. What is Elements?
Last week we also published a quick video ad for Elements, a clean, fast-paced video showcasing how easy it is to build modern sites on the Mac. If you haven’t seen it yet, you need to check it out (and share it).
🛠️ 3. Recommended Tools & Resources
We’re trying something new this week, alongside our usual picks, we’ve got a sponsor (and we’ll only ever feature brands we genuinely use and trust). But first, a handy little Mac utility…
Mac App: Folder Quick Look — Instantly preview folder and archive contents (ZIP, RAR, and more) right in Quick Look. Just select a folder and tap Space.
Free, private email that puts your privacy first
Proton Mail’s free plan keeps your inbox private and secure—no ads, no data mining. Built by privacy experts, it gives you real protection with no strings attached.
⚡️ 4. Quick Tip: Quick Page Switch
You can quickly switch between pages by clicking the page title at the bottom of the editor. It’s a small shortcut, but can save you a lot of time, especially when you’re working in another tab and don’t have the page structure visible!

That’s all for this week, and if you haven’t tried Elements for macOS yet, now’s the perfect time to dive in and start building your next site.🫡
All the best,
Dan & Team Elements
